Where does one start with a review for personal health care? It starts with the engagement of the carers with my father, some days he did not want a wash, other days he got one with a little bit of persuasion from the carers. They worked with him, not against him. They respected his wishes and requests. They were friendly and compassionate and gave him some dignity during this difficult time. They supported Mum's wishes, giving her emotional support when she needed it as it was hard for her to step back from being a full-time carer for her husband. To sum up, they provided a supportive, professional, loving and caring service. We, as a family, cannot thank them enough for their support over the last few weeks before Dad's passing. We wish them all well.

I can't believe how much the ladies do for my mum, they go the extra mile and they are very friendly. My mum always feels so much better after our ladies have called, they listen to Mum and they listen to our concerns as well. Very polite, I don't know what we would do without them, they are like family to us.
