All the carers that attended my husband were kind, thoughtful, caring and professional.They treated him with dignity and respect. I would recommend them to anyone in need of personal home based care at a difficult time.

I have been most grateful for the support and care given by your staff. They have been courteous and prompt in attendance, and showed respect and sympathy with their patient. Every thing was always left clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

The staff have all been excellent whilst helping dad. Kind and caring. Very efficient and friendly. They are always punctual and smartly dressed. They help dad with his shower, shave and getting him dressed.

I cannot fault the care team, for the following reasons:

Liaising very effectively with other providers (eg District Nurse Team and local Pharmacy, raising concerns if necessary).

In a nutshell, the Fembistem care team have allowed the User to live comfortably and with dignity in his own home.

The care team were professional, caring and supportive. They treated my mother with respect, kindness and dignity in her hours of need. I would highly recommend their services as they provided comforting support to my mother and myself. I could not have managed without them.

The carers were helpful and considerate and took great thoughtfulness of the sick patient. What more can I say they washed and cleaned the patient and assisted in any jobs that were required around the house. Went for the medicine and any other shopping that was needed.

As a family, we are so grateful to Fembistem Care Agency. They were so caring and professional, from the original care planning assessment of my father, right through to him passing away. The 3 carers who looked after dad 4 times a day were very patient and respectful, often in challenging moments. They also supported my 88-year-old mum. We recently required the services of Fembistem Care, albeit for only a short period of time. As a newly established care agency, there was nothing available to review before their commencement. Care and compassion were shown right from the initial assessment. In-depth information was gathered from Mum along with immediate family and the care package was decided during direct consultation tailoring care to meet Mum's needs. Visits were made by 2 members of the team with safe and effective care delivered each and every time. On just a couple of occasions, there were slight timing issues when public transport let them down. Personal care, household tasks and a general pastoral caring role were provided, with care and concern extended to all the family. Complete electronic records were available and accessible at all times via a secure login system. Although the period of care was only short, their services were delivered with kindness, compassion and professionalism at all times.

Very good. Always very kind and helpful and did anything we asked them to do. Always very punctual. Very thoughtful. Checked if we need anything else. Even came to us when my dad passed away to give us their condolences which was nice of them.

Friendly and caring team who were punctual and whose care allowed my mother to be cared for at home right up to her death. It was a pleasant experience working with them and they did well to get out to our somewhat remote location.

Excellent night time care was given to my mum over her final days. A really caring company that takes time to get to know their client but also check on how the family are doing. They and their staff do everything they can to make sure that the right care and support are provided.

The carers and night sitters helped us care for my mum at home, the kindness and respect they showed my mum was exceptional I can't thank them enough they gave us more time to have precious moments with mum, and they chatted with her while doing the care and were so gentle with her they were very professional at their job but so caring as well.
