Gleam Healthcare is a trauma informed service offering bespoke home care and supported living for individuals aged 16 and above who require support to achieve optimum independence in the comfort of their own homes. They understand how important this is to vulnerable people and want to support them in living in the comfort of their own home, providing only the best quality of care and companionship. Support focuses on the promotion of independence and your involvement in decision making at every level.

Visiting Care:

The friendly and experienced day-time carers will come and assist you in your home, providing help with care and tasks of daily living. People require daytime care for a range of reasons, and whether you need help with your shopping, cooking and personal care, are convalescing after hospital, or have specialist or complex care needs, they can provide a flexible package to suit you.

Live-in care

Gleam Healthcare are specialists in live-in care. They believe that care in your home provides you with peace of mind and can help you to maintain your dignity and independence whilst staying in familiar surroundings. They witness every day how live-in care changes peoples’ lives for the better, promoting the best possible quality of life for the longest time possible, and facilitating independence whilst providing companionship and security.

We have found Gleam to be responsive, reliable and friendly. The staff have worked well with my mum building a trusting relationship and providing her care needs we have requested. They are professional and I would highly recommend their service.

Very pleased with all the carers. They are prompt and on time. Very pleasant, calming and helpful, also smartly dressed. I noticed also they wash their hands before preparing food. No problems at all.
