The communication with a member of staff in the office and another for the initial assessment were second to none and the caring team especially one carer in particular was outstanding.
They respond quickly to new developments and information and are respectful and professional in difficult situations.
The carer was a consistent and professional carer who gave a personal and protective presence around my mum which was very much appreciated. She was kind, knowledgeable and reactive to mum's needs. They used to sing together and shemade a lovely dinner every night for her. This team of professionals are OUTSTANDING.
