This is a is a specialist home care service designed to support individuals with complex medical conditions. The agency is CQC registered to deliver this complex service, and this support is Nurse-Led. Nurses have a wealthy of knowledge, skills and experience as they have worked in medical, surgical wards, hospice, dementia care, end of life care and learning disabilities. TDDI Services include:
Palliative Care
This improves the patient’s quality of life. It prevents and relieves suffering from the terminal condition. As death and dying are not inevitable, the agency supports patients at home to live as comfortably before death.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care:
The agency designs the support around the patient and family. Therefore dedicated Nurse-Led Dementia care in the comfort of patients’ homes is provided, while independence, respect, privacy and dignity are promoted.
