We've been using this company for a couple of years now and they're beyond 5 star. They become part of your family and are totally reliable, never ever let us down. Twice we've had to ring the manager in an emergency and twice he dropped everything and rushed straight to my mum's house to rescue her.
Both times mum had fallen and couldn't get up. He sorted the ambulance, stayed with mum, reassured her and us. One carer in particular looks after mum, visits her in hospital and rehab centre. She is amazing she does anything mum asks of her, laundry, cleaning, shopping and friendship. I don't know what we would do if we didn't have Ark Care. We thank you for all you do.

I am grateful for the care that my auntie receives from this company. My auntie is someone who can easily get anxious about meeting new people. At first, we were all worried that she wasn't going to engage with the staff, but the way the staff approached my auntie was more way professional and amazing.
My aunt liked the staff from the very first day saying that they had made her feel more comfortable as they are friendly and respectful, and she keeps praising her carers for doing good. The staff, including the manager, are extremely supportive. They engage my auntie in different activities and make sure that she understands and feels comfortable with it.Thank you for helping my auntie in her journey of recovery. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for a care provider .

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care my mother received while under your team's supervision. From the very beginning, it was clear that she was in compassionate and capable hands.


The staff were consistently kind, patient,

punctual, and professional-qualities that made all the difference in her daily life. They treated her with dignity and respect, always taking the time to listen, engage, and ensure she felt safe and valued. Their gentle approach and understanding of dementia were truly remarkable.


It brought our family great comfort to know she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared. Every interaction, whether big or small, was handled with empathy and grace. We are incredibly thankful for the peace of mind you gave us during a very challenging time.


Thank you for going above and beyond. Your dedication and humanity will never be forgotten.

We were very pleased with the carer sent to look after my mam. She was a lovely person and treated my mam with care and compassion. A very lovely person kept the house tidy and clean. My mam was showered daily, clean clothes daily and hair blow-dried.

They have been a great help and my brother is the happiest I've ever seen him. He gets the care and help he needs while also taking some of the load off my parents. They have all the correct equipment and not only care but also take him outside which was hard for us as he is in a wheelchair and my parents
have health issues. They make every one happy.

My son loves the carers and I am very pleased with the way they care for him. I appreciate the way they take his personality into consideration whilst caring for him. They are very supportive and take the time to learn his way of communication.
