I also had a staff went well for a while but it went down hill because of a task she couldn't do because the car wasnt available and limited time. She seid to my husband and me she dosnt always have transport it made me feel I done something wrong. I got along with her so well. Also I am missing out cycling with a group my current support worker cant do with me and it's on a Wednesday morning the same day I get support I would love to have a second support worker to join cycling with me with the group

I have a niece that gets 24/7 care from Aberness, I have the greatest respect for the staff, as they are very good to my niece. I get on well with her staff.

If there's been any changes needed it's been dealt. The staff who care for my mum I personally think they go above and beyond which is so comforting to me and my mum is so happy and if my mums happy I'm happy.

My Son receives his care package from Aberness and I can't rate them high enough. He is becoming moe independent and blossoming as the staff are excellent at reaching or aiming for his outcomes. Staff are great at communicating and coming up with ideas. The team are led very well and I have zero issues with being able to reach out and ask questions and I'm kept up to date along the way with what's happening on a daily basis with my Son.

My Mum enjoys visits. Mum is encouraged to talk about her past. She is also given frequent cups of tea!. The carer also helps by folding any laundry ect.

We couldn't have asked for better support for our dad. Aberness Recruitment Agency worked hard to accommodate and timetable staff for our needs. Each member of the team that supported our dad worked well together and showed an interest in our dad and ensuring all his needs were met. We appreciated that they endeavoured to keep the team for Dad a small one, reducing the concern that he would see a stream of new faces each week. This worked well for all of us and we were able to build positive relationships with everyone. Thank you.
