Peaky Minders provided excellent care for my Mum. She was initially reluctant to have care at home but the Peaky Minders team were quick to put her at her ease and were always respectful of her wishes. They were professional, friendly and extremely kind. Many of them went above and beyond in their care and concern for Mum as her frailty increased and she needed additional support. I always felt reassured that they would highlight any issues to me promptly. They would show an interest in Mum and spent time chatting with her as well as providing the personal care that was needed. I found the team highly responsive and willing to be flexible whenever we needed them. My family are hugely grateful to everyone who cared for Mum and to those in the background who all made it possible for her to remain at home as long as she did.

Peaky Minders supported my elderly mum in her own home for two and a half years. The staff were consistently professional, kind, caring and always punctual. Many of the carers were very experienced and often went well above and beyond what would have been expected to ensure my mum could live comfortably and safely at home. They were friendly and treated my mum with dignity and respect at all times, which meant so much to her and to us as a family. Mum was grateful for the kindness shown.

The management team were exceptionally flexible and truly listened to what my mum wanted and needed, ensuring the care provided was tailored to her wishes. When new staff were introduced, care was taken to ensure they were doubled up, which helped my mum feel secure and supported. Their strong focus on enabling my mum to remain living independently in her own home was remarkable. As a family, we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful service Peaky Minders provided and would highly recommend.

Peaky Minders were quick to respond and put together a care package when we suddenly needed it and were always open to accommodate the evolving needs of the situation. As soon as Mum started to have visits from the team at Peaky Minders, I knew that she was going to like them - contrary to her belief that she would never like having carers in her home. There was no pressure for her and she quickly became relaxed about their presence. The team all brought something different to her care and worked to build relationships with Mum and build her confidence. The lead carer in particular went above and beyond to make sure my mum was safe and happy, and in such a short time developed a strong and caring bond with Mum. So thankful they were there when we needed them.

I cannot tell you how great this team is. They are focused on the person as much as the care they require. My mum had this team around her for a short time before sadly passing away. They quickly built strong and positive relationships, understood her needs, and the care was professional and supportive. Each carer brought a different approach but all showed my mum she mattered and was important. If you want to feel confident that your loved one is being well cared for and respected then this is the company you need.
