Kanwaljit has worked at Longview since 2011, starting as a Care Assistant, working up to Deputy Manager and is now the Registered Manager and the Domiciliary Care Manager. She has been the Registered Manager at Longview Care Home since February 2020. Kanwaljit has a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery in India and worked as a nurse for 10 years in India before moving to the UK.


Kanwaljit is very experienced in dealing with residents with Dementia and is committed to giving them the best quality of life.
