I am a dedicated and enthusiastic about care, I enjoy helping others to live fulfilling lives by providing personal assistance and care in managing various health-related conditions. I am knowledgeable in managing medications, appointments, and social events. Well-organised and compassionate with good relationship-building abilities.

I have lived in other countries and am fluent in 4 languages (this helps when I meet new clients that are from other countries as I can communicate and support them, and they can speak the language they know).
Since 2019 I have worked and managed care companies within the local Swindon and Wiltshire areas, gaining a lot of experience.
Having worked with vulnerable individuals and gaining experience about people’s needs I found something I wanted to do in my career very quickly. This made me realise that not all people get the same/equal care treatment within the community for many reasons. I felt that if I started my own care-giving company I can deliver to anyone needing support and help them face their daily challenges. I am willing to make every effort and sacrifices to make it worthwhile in helping someone in need.
Due to the success of my knowledge, I have been able to set up my own Care company in January 2023 (Caring@Home).
I am very passionate about the care I give and the support my staff provide to our clients.
I have recently dedicated a lot of my time to learning/studying my level 2,3, & 5 in Health & Social care and as a strong independent businesswoman I have passed in ‘Help to grow business course’ at Oxford Brookes university.
I have a loving family who support me each day to help me to achieve my goals, I enjoy watching my children grow and development their own way in life.
I have many hobbies which I like to do in my spare time – Football & Golf (watching),
Watching Thriller/horror Movies and Reading.
I am committed and looking forward to supporting all our clients and staff to build a better life for them all.

Hi, my name is Sharron, I was born in Swindon and still live in Swindon.
I am a mum of 2 lovely children, who make me proud each day with everything they do.
My hobbies are Baking/Cooking, Watching/going to Football, Swimming, Walking (Dog walking). I am an animal lover, like to travel and enjoy family life.
I enjoy working with Caring@Home as we do what it does ‘Care at home’.
Working with my team is great fun and everyone plays an important part to make the business work/grow. I look forward to going into work each day to make a difference to our client’s lives.
I am very passionate about supporting vulnerable people and achieving a daily task for them that can help with their independence.
We work to high standards of care and deliver a good quality of service to clients and other professionals.
I have over 25 year’s experience working within recruitment/sales and Health and Social sector.
I have qualifications in level 2,4 in Health & Social care (currently doing my level 5). I am a qualified trainer (I deliver training to my staff and other care companies that need support).
I like to see things through from start to finish and my door is always open to anyone that needs support or advice.
I have knowledge at senior management level, giving me experience alongside working with Dementia, Diabetes, and End of life care clients. I enjoy supporting clients and their families with these health conditions as the outcomes are very rewarding.
In addition to this knowledge, I also have experience in supporting people with cancer care needs, having had personal experiences with family members in the past and with clients, I feel I fully understand what it takes to get someone’s care right for them.
I cannot wait to watch the company grow and support my colleagues and managers to provide the best quality care within the local areas.
