Our pricing structure is clear and simple. The price shown is the price you pay and there are no hidden extras. There is no VAT to pay.

We are happy to offer a shopping service at the above rates plus an additional charge of £2 to cover mileage

The Night Sleeper rate applies when the Care Worker is provided with a bed and is given the opportunity to sleep. If the Night Sleeper is required on more than three occasions during the course of a night the Night Care rate will apply.
Public & Bank Holidays will be charged at double the above rates.

The service was recommended by a friend. We have experienced excellent care and support. The carers go above and beyond. We feel that a huge load has been lifted off our shoulders. We are extremely grateful for the support with doctors appointments and medication dispensing. Nothing is ever too much
trouble. The carers show compassion, proffesionalism, warmth and sincerity. The care service is accessible at all times.

The manager came to my Mum's rescue on Christmas Day. She went above and beyond to help the family out in a crisis, She even came the next day to give the family respite. Unfortunately Mum was admitted to hospital a few days later with a underlying health condition came into play, she even visited Mum
in hospital to reassure her. After consulting with hospital staff her care continues with said company. The staff have helped Mum get back on her feet on her return home, enabling her to have some of her independence over a period of time. Everything is explained, there is continuing support with all aspects of her care. Great communication with the aim for Mum to stay at home. Would greatly recommend.

I would like to thank all staff and management for their exemplary service that everyone has contributed to making our mum's daily life less of a struggle, less stressful and more comfortable in her day-to-day living. Each and every one of you has given our mum dignity, care and respect. To us the key
important tools that made her enjoy your caring visits, support and companionships so rewarding to her and ourselves (family). We have found all dealings with this company in regards to our mum's care very efficient and friendly. Mum enjoyed all her visits from her carers and saw them as her friends. My brother is cared for on a daily basis by his care team. He speaks highly of his carers and what they do for him. The care team are punctual and treat my brother with respect. They keep myself and my wife fully informed and we have good communication with them.

The care that is supporting Mum has exceeded our expectations. First class service going above and beyond, leaving Mum and all the family confident and knowing she is in the best hands and is receiving all her personal needs and care met on a daily basis. We are also linked into the my care log in
portal which is more reassurance for the family as documentation of her care etc is recorded (this service is optional). So if unable to visit or get them to converse over the phone the family are aware of what has happened at each visit. What also helps us the continuity of the carers visiting. Mum especially as they like to know who will be calling in on them each day that is an important factor. Mum is treated with the utmost respect and dignity too. This in turn makes the family and Mum very happy knowing she is receiving the best possible care she deserves. Thank you to the Lancashire Alliance Care team.

I find the staff very friendly and professional. They are always on time and complete all the tasks that I ask for help with. When I have a visit they cheer me up and leave me feeling better. When they are helping me physically they handle me gently and with respect which I appreciate.
