I cannot rate the level of service and care shown highly enough. We wanted someone to call to see an elderly aunt on a regular basis, for an hour each day, to keep her company , chat, and generally give us peace of mind that she was ok. The carer is always on time, accomplishes any additional requests for shopping or help without any fuss at all and generally brightens up the day for my aunt. The communication I receive after each visit is always prompt, detailed and very reassuring. They even go above and beyond with last minute requests for additional hours or help with Nurses or Doctors coming to the house if one of the family cannot be there. The levels of professionalism are second to none and I can definitely see a difference in my aunt since the visits began last month. She is much brighter and generally more engaged. They have helped alleviate the worries of not living close by and have improved day to day living for my aunt. Highly recommend!

The service was recommended by a friend. We have experienced excellent care and support. The carers go above and beyond. We feel that a huge load has been lifted off our shoulders. We are extremely grateful for the support with doctors appointments and medication dispensing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The carers show compassion, proffesionalism, warmth and sincerity. The care service is accessible at all times.

The manager came to my Mum's rescue on Christmas Day. She went above and beyond to help the family out in a crisis, She even came the next day to give the family respite. Unfortunately Mum was admitted to hospital a few days later with a underlying health condition came into play, she even visited Mum in hospital to reassure her. After consulting with hospital staff her care continues with said company. The staff have helped Mum get back on her feet on her return home, enabling her to have some of her independence over a period of time. Everything is explained, there is continuing support with all aspects of her care. Great communication with the aim for Mum to stay at home. Would greatly recommend.

I would like to thank all staff and management for their exemplary service that everyone has contributed to making our mum's daily life less of a struggle, less stressful and more comfortable in her day-to-day living. Each and every one of you has given our mum dignity, care and respect. To us the key important tools that made her enjoy your caring visits, support and companionships so rewarding to her and ourselves (family). We have found all dealings with this company in regards to our mum's care very efficient and friendly. Mum enjoyed all her visits from her carers and saw them as her friends. The team went above and beyond with my Dad before he died. I was confident that any issues found when attending my Dad were swiftly addressed. I was kept informed daily. I would have no problem in recommending this care company to anyone.

The care that is supporting Mum has exceeded our expectations. First class service going above and beyond, leaving Mum and all the family confident and knowing she is in the best hands and is receiving all her personal needs and care met on a daily basis. We are also linked into the my care log in portal which is more reassurance for the family as documentation of her care etc is recorded (this service is optional). So if unable to visit or get them to converse over the phone the family are aware of what has happened at each visit. What also helps us the continuity of the carers visiting. Mum especially as they like to know who will be calling in on them each day that is an important factor. Mum is treated with the utmost respect and dignity too. This in turn makes the family and Mum very happy knowing she is receiving the best possible care she deserves. Thank you to the Lancashire Alliance Care team.

I find the staff very friendly and professional. They are always on time and complete all the tasks that I ask for help with. When I have a visit they cheer me up and leave me feeling better. When they are helping me physically they handle me gently and with respect which I appreciate.

If I could rate more than five stars I definitely would. If you’re looking for a fast, efficient, caring and professional company, this is the one for you! From the carers to the management, everyone that has been involved in caring for my mum is competent and professional within their job roles. I suggest you look no further.
