I used the live in care service for my sister in law and myself following major surgery for myself . The care was exceptional and the Carers so kind friendly and still professional and slotted into our household for six weeks as if we had known them for years. We were so well looked after as were our cat and goldfish . In fact we were quite sad to see them leave. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone

Jess Care looked after my aunt and her sister-in-law following my aunt's major surgery. Their care, support and compassion have been excellent. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Mandy and Olivia, and of course you, Jess.

The whole team were first class and could not have been more helpful. Communication was brilliant, which was especially important as I don't live nearby.

I am so incredibly grateful for all the care and support my Dad and I have recieved from the lovely women at Jessy Care. Everyone really cares about the people they look after, and pay attention to detail reporting any concerns immediately. They have helped and advised me of things to do to aid our joint support and care of Dad when they attend to his personal care in the mornings and evenings. They have also been so flexible and arranged sits and overnight waking sits at very short notice to give me a break when needed. I like receiving the reports on the app, and when I have been away they have sent photos to show Dad enjoying his breakfast and their company. We can always rely on them being on time which is a massive help and one of the main reasons why I wanted to choose an independant agency. I have arranged to have a week away in May and Jessy Care will be providing a live in carer for Dad so I can feel safe knowing he is in good hands. Thank you so much to everyone at Jessy Care

Jessy Care have provided excellent care for my husband so I can continue to go to work with peace of mind. The carers are respectful, compassionate and well trained in dementia care. I cannot praise Jessy Care enough. I would highly recommend them.

The carers (there is one main regular carer and the other carers come when that carer has time off) that come, are punctual, kind, thorough with the care they need to carry out, go beyond their role with other support where needed. Mum and dad (and the rest of the family) would be lost without you all. The best Care Company we have used. Highly recommend them.

In the last few weeks before my mother died, she suddenly needed much more specialised care in order for her to remain at home. So, when we found Jessy Care, it was the answer to our prayers! The team fitted right in with Mum and her other carers, community and hospice nurses, etc. And, they were great emotional support for my husband and I, helping us to face the inevitable. Jessy Care were able to provide exactly what was needed - reliable, kind, gentle, professional home care.

We've had Jessy Care since August 2024. We've had 6 different home care companies and had issues with all of them. Jessy Care goes above and beyond, supports with personal care, cooking home cooked meals, shopping, medication correspondence. Mum uses an electric wheelchair, she likes to go shopping and tries to be as independent as possible, one member of staff in particular will meet her at the supermarket and walk round with her giving support so mum can shop, make choices and be as independent as possible, she will then take her shopping and meet mum back at home where she will then support in putting it away. One staff member in particular remembers appointments we forget and makes sure mum attends the doctors or even the vets with her little dog, one staff member in particular will also feed the dog. I can honestly say we have never had such a kind and competent carer whose respects and prioritises her dignity and pride. One staff member in particular is very friendly, she is professional but at the same time feels part of our family, we honestly wouldn't be without her.
