My partner was well cared for by the team of Lending Hands. He looked forward to their visits three times a week for a wash as he had COPD, and struggled to do anything for himself. He also loved the chatting and the kindness of the team. He didn't feel rushed and they took their time to make him feel comfortable. A very big thank you Lending Hands.

My aunt has been having Lending Hand in Care coming to her for some time now and is very happy with them. She considers them as friends. They are professional, friendly, consistently punctual and always have time to give the personal contact that the elderly need when they live alone.

Can't recommend them highly enough!

Overall Experience

I started having Lending Hands on the 6th of June following several spells in the hospital. I have a daily visit from Monday to Friday. The carers are very professional and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. I am treated with the utmost courtesy and dignity and everything I ask to be done is carried out in a really friendly manner. My life is much improved and I am so grateful that I found such caring people who make a big difference to my care.
