As a Business Development Officer (BDO) I play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business such as dealing with hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and medical professionals. I identify new business opportunities, growth areas, customers, partnerships, and services. I build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, healthcare providers, and other industry players. I Monitor and report business development activities, including tracking key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

As an administration Officer, my role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. I am responsible for the administrative and compliance tasks. I schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and handle phone calls. I assist with client intake processes, managing clients' records, and coordinating referrals. My role is to also ensure that our healthcare agency complies with relevant regulations and standards, assisting with audits, and preparing reports for management.
