The carers are kind, helpful and provide good support. They help me with daily care needs and treat me with respect. I appreciate the support they give me and the work they do. Overall I am happy with the care they give me and the support they provide.

In my opinion my carers are very professional treating me with the utmost respect and dignity caring for my every needs. I would have no hesitation in telling others to use their services and would praise them very highly they all go above and beyond in doing their duties and care.

Previously I lived quite independently until I fell and broke my hip. I am now disabled, also my hands are deformed with Rheumatoid arthritis. So I am unable to dress myself thus the need for carers; I now have a carer 4 times a day. The girls are very caring & very pleasant almost like family & well trained.

My brother in law John has carers 4 times a day since he was discharged from hospital. It has been such a huge relief to know that he is being cared for regularly each day. The team are all lovely, they are caring, very pleasant and interact with John in an upbeat friendly way. Thay also always listen to any concerns we have had about John and any requests we make are acted upon promptly. Its true to say the carers are all lovely and are very professional, even under sometimes difficult circumstances.

I can't rate this company highly enough. After having a bad experience with a different care company I was very apprehensive about trusting other people with mam's care. I needn't have worried.
