They supported my husband initially with companionship and then moving to personal care and then end of life care including night cover.
The personal care was carried out in a kind and dignified way. The carers were supportive and efficient and thorough and very kind. They were reassuring to us both and I could not have managed without their support during difficult times. The office staff always managed to provide care when we needed more and circumstances changed.
The carers supported both of us and were always happy to do housework or any other chores if my husband was asleep and didn't need anything at the time.
They were immediately contactable in the office which made things easier for me if needs changed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Be Happy at Home.
Thank you so much for your review Fiona. It really was a complete pleasure of ours to support you all during that time. We wish you all the best xx
Superb!
Thank you Allan for your review, the team love visiting you both.
I would & have recommend the company to others.
Thank you for your review Denise, it means the world to us that you are happy with the service we provide to mum.
updates I receive each week. Such a professional and caring organisation who make me feel heard, supported and understood and who give my sister exactly the type of care and consideration that she requires.
We understand how difficult it can be to support a loved one from a distance, and we're really pleased to hear that our updates and approach have given you peace of mind. Your sister is a wonderful person,...
Could not wish for better care for my mum. Carers are caring kind considerate and dedicated
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback - we are over the moon and our carers will be delighted.
Pleasure to deal with their orangisation! Very few problems: immediately dealt with.
Thank you very much Lis for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
All the carers I have met have been pleasant, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Always willing to help in any way.
Thank you for your review, it means the world to us.
The team have been and continue to be so supportive to our family. Both the carers and office staff show kindness and compassion in abundance and completely understand the needs of both my parents. Finding a care agency that completely immerse themselves into looking after their clients like their own family brings such relief and support to us all. Nothing is too much trouble and the open communication between us all means we can support my mum and dad properly, as their ever changes dementia needs occur.
Thank you Emma, your feedback is very much appreciated. We are pleased that you are happy with the service that we provide.
When I phone the office I always find them pleasant, & helpful as they can be.
As I get older I shall hopefully have more help from Be Happy at Home!
Thank you Mary for your very kind review. We would love to support you later on down the line with whatever you may need.
We have been receiving care from Be Happy at Home for over 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The carers are consistently kind and always greet us with a smile and take the time to truly listen to our needs and concerns. Their patience and attentiveness make a real difference in our daily lives. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients, and their professionalism shines through everything they do. We are so grateful for the support they provide and would highly recommend Be Happy at Home to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable care
Thank you so much Peter and Penny for your lovely review, it is an absolute pleasure to support you.
I have found the management team always to be very approachable, friendly and compassionate, keen to work with me in flexing the approach for my father to promote the best care for him.
They have always checked in to ensure I was happy with the team supporting my father, and where I have been unhappy about the standard, they have responded proactively to address this.
In July we were lucky enough to go away, and the management team worked hard to meet the increased care need I asked for, providing reassurance to ease the guilt I had for taking the holiday.
There are two or three carers who particularly stand out as favourites for my father, and who draw the best out in him.
Without fail they are all friendly, attentive and compassionate, and I can confidently state my father would not wish to be without them.
Thank you so much for your very kind review Cathy ... we are so pleased that you are happy with the service we are providing.
We are always impressed and delighted with our carers. Nothing is too much trouble. They are kind, professional, patient and caring. We are lucky to have them.
Thank you so much for your kind review Andy, it is a privilege to provide support to yourself.

I am really proud of BHAH and love being their Registered Manager. The business belongs to my Son and it is his legacy to best company for our community.
I have over 25 years in the industry and have managed different Care Homes in the past, but I feel that the best place for people is in their own homes. I want them to Be Happy at Home.
I love spending time with my wonderful family and my fabulous husband, Howard.
I started work in the industry when I was 18 as a Support Worker, and now, at 24 years old, I am the Trainee Registered Manager with BHAH, which is my uncle's company and his legacy. I am working on completing my Level 5 Diploma in Adult Social Care to become a Registered Manager of Be Happy at Home.
My passion for care is innate, and it gives me great satisfaction in being able to tailor care packages based on our clients' preferences and desired outcomes. I believe it is very important to focus on the well-being of our dedicated care professionals, and I will continue to advocate for this in the Care Industry. My Nan is a great influence on my drive to be a Registered Manager, after 25+ years of experience in this role herself.
In my spare time, I love to bake and spend time with my family, friends and my dog Reggie, who also provides emotional support to our wonderful clients.
I have been in the Care Industry for 6 years, and it has become a real passion of mine. I have been with BHAH since the onset and helped start the company up. I am dedicated to ensuring that all of our clients have the best possible care and good relationships with their care team. I love to pop in and see our clients and have a wonderful relationship with them.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and dog Bonnie. I am also partial to a little bit of DIY.
I am 30 years old and have reached Level 2 in Health and Social Care. I am hoping to start my Level 4 in Health and Social Care. I love being able to contribute to people's lives and make a positive difference.
I joined BHAH in 2025 because I loved their ethos and the chance to further my career. I have worked with Mia for 4 years before this as a support worker. We have a strong relationship and are committed to continuing to work together to deliver the best care we can for our clients. The Office is a lovely place to be. We are a happy and caring bunch. I love being able to put my all into Be Happy at Home.
My parents live in Spain, I like to use my leave to visit them & enjoy the sun.
I started with Be Happy at Home from the concept in 2023. I assisted in the set-up of the company and in obtaining our CQC registration. I am proud to work with such an experienced, caring team. It's a personal journey to me; I cared for my late father, who was living with Vascular Dementia, which led me to go down the care pathway.
I believe that person-centred care brings great outcomes.
