BITAK Healthcare are reliable, responsive and proactive with providing advice and care in supporting mum and helping us to enable her to stay in her own home. We are so grateful that we have found them. All the team are friendly, positive in attitude and demonstrate a genuine understanding that mum's mood can be variable. Mum has adjusted well to having her "visitors" and together we have developed coping mechanisms to aid mum with her memory lapses. All the team are kind hearted and caring and they continue to support us all as we adjust to mum's changes in health. Thank you all. C&G

A House visit from Administrator, a good listener to my prepared variety of possible needs. All accepted and possible changes regarded as a matter of course.Empathy combined with efficiency and friendly delivery.
I asked for an hour every week with the expectation of an increase in the autumn.
I already had been sent cost. Discussion was comfortable and compatible.
A friendly carer came for an hour, I liked her but in discussion it was clear she wouldn't like variety. Afterwards I spoke to the office and listened to emphatically and change agreed. The following week's Carer combines lovely personal qualities, efficiency and a good memory.

A man has been twice as well and I was asked how I felt in advance. This is a flexible business with a personal approach. I'm delighted to have found a way to ease my limitations. This 90 year old is very thankful for BITAK Health Care.

I am always well informed about how my aunt is doing. Very punctual, polite and helpful. Very flexible when extra care is required, even at short notice. They all have a good rappor with my aunt which is very reassuring.

BITAK healthcare have been a life saver for us, they have cared for my elderly father at home from before Christmas when he initially came out of hospital with many more needs than we initially realised.
