Brookhill Care provides excellent care on every level. The staff are punctual, knowledgeable, extremely polite and go above and beyond in the care that they provide. They are kind, considerate and most importantly, particularly in dealing with people living with dementia, they are extremely patient and go to great lengths to form a genuine relationship with the person, treating the person, not the illness. The management is easy to contact in the event that any changes need to be made.
I would recommend Brookhill Care without hesitation.
