Passionate about the positive impact of creative activities on mental health, Vanessa loves sharing her skills. In her downtime, she enjoys reading thrillers and crocheting granny squares, though she has no idea what she will do with them all!
Sylvie has been a dedicated carer for seven years and has called the UK home for 34 years, though she was originally born in the sunny South of France. She is a proud mum of two wonderful kids in their 20s - a daughter and a son. In her downtime, she loves listening to her favourite music, getting lost in a sudoku puzzle, and watching the thrills of motor racing.
