My mother had a sudden decline in mobility and as she lived alone was struggling to look after herself. When we reached out to Top Priority Healthcare we had a visit very quickly to discuss what sort of help was needed which ranged from making sure that food and drink was available, helping make sure
she could have a flannel wash daily whilst she cannot shower, sorting things around the flat, keeping it clean and tidy and I think most importantly a person to chat to each day. Help started the very next day and has been continuing for the last three months. Whilst my mothers mobility has not improved, I think she is so much more comfortable with her daily visits.

From my perspective, I have the peace of mind that someone sees her each day and will provide me with updates regularly. When I visit at the weekend it is lovely to hear the positive way my mum talks about her care provider.

I would very much recommend Top Priority Healthcare.

Finding the right company and person to work as my PA was vital. As this was my first experience using a company to support my everyday needs, I was very nervous. After interviewing several companies, Top Priority Solutions Ltd stood out. Being allowed to meet the person assisting me daily was vital.
Top Priority Solutions Ltd were very accommodating when having a relaxed meeting with the PA who now supports me. I have gone from being very stressed about the situation to relaxed within days. This is a testament to the care I have received from my PA. The balance between being friendly and relaxed while maintaining professionalism at all times is so vital, and my PA was able to strike this balance with ease. I am happy that I chose Top Priority Solutions Ltd.

The manager was very helpful to arrange the best cover for my mother after her hospital stay. The carers were very good with her throughout the night making sure she was settled, comfortable and hydrated. Even singing her a lullaby when she had an infection and was agitated and unable to go back to
sleep. Thank you Ladies for your help.

My father is in his 90's and fiercely independent. As a family we are very pleased that he agreed he needed help which he accepted happily after meeting in his home with Top Priority Healthcare staff. The whole experience of dealing with the team has been excellent and centred on my father's needs and
also respecting his independence which has always been very important to us. He is very happy with the care he has received so far. All enquiries are promptly answered. Thank you to the Top Priority team.

All the people that called to see me were friendly and willing to do what I asked of them. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, they asked 'What else can I do?'
I am pleased with all the people that called to see me.

My carer is attentive, empathetic and kind. She makes me feel safe. She was not familiar with dogs as pets. She worked hard to get used to my therapy dog. He is an incredibly important part of my life, as I am diagnosed with chronic post-traumatic stress disorder as well as multiple sclerosis. She is
now his favourite carer, from a team of five! She is flexible and copes with my mood swings. My life is enhanced because of her.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.700)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.700) out of 10 for Top Priority Healthcare is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.7 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Top Priority Healthcare is calculated as follows: ( (42 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 42 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Top Priority Healthcare is based on 7 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.7
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
