The carers were always polite, friendly and mostly on time if they were delayed they would ring up and let us know they will be late coming in. (It did not happen often). If they were concerned about my wife's medical needs they would tell me and I would get necessary help. The management would ring up and make sure were happy with the service they were providing which we were, I would recommend Zera Healthcare to anyone who asked about them.

The Zera staff were friendly and professional during the few weeks we used their services. Thank you so much for the kindness and respect you all showed my mum in her last few weeks. You all showed genuine care for her and for us as we went through such a tough time.

Care is of a high standard. Any concerns are treated with respect. Anything unhappy with is soon actioned. Obliging management & carers.

The whole team that supported my late Mother were professional, kind and caring. They had to travel a fair way, three times a day from city to village through heavy traffic to narrow lanes, yet always arrived within the promised time frame. Not only that, they arrived with a positive attitude, smiling faces and kind words for both my Mother and myself. They ensured that her dignity was maintained. She was asked if she was happy to have male carers, which she was. Do not hesitate to do that as they and the lovely ladies are fabulous. The manager that we dealt was excellent and was involved with my Mother's care to ensure that we had the support that we needed.

I have had healthcare since a fall at home which prohibited my walking and caring for myself. I have been very grateful for all they have done for me. They have always been kind, considerate and cheerful. I treat them like friends & they usually respond the same way. We often enjoy a good laugh together!

The manager has been great, very proactive and person-centred. Great organisation skills and keeps us updated in regards to Mum's care. We are aware that the role can be challenging at times but the manager remains calm and patient.
