Very pleased with the service I have received from this company.my carers are fantastic compassionate. And caring.very hard working without being told the can work and use there own experience to get the job done,from house work,shopping small items arranging anything safe for them to handle.im very please with the carer I have and wouldn't look anywhere else.management are understanding and willing accommodate you and your needs every time.pleasant and utmost profession with a little giggle here and there.please don't look no further this company does what they say in the brochure.

From the very beginning, their dedication, compassion, and outstanding communication have been a huge source of reassurance for us.

They've supported not only my grandfather but also us as a family-showing empathy, patience, and understanding every step of the way. They are incredibly proactive and flexible, always quick to adapt to changing needs and provide thoughtful, effective solutions.

A special shout-out to the carer, whose kindness, professionalism, and calm presence have made a real difference. We truly feel we are in the best hands, he always goes above and beyond.

Thanks to the team's efforts, a personalised care plan is in place that reflects my grandfather's needs and wishes perfectly.

Their support has been invaluable, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Staff come in and support me with my care needs, staff are always reassuring and caring. Staff go above and beyond for me and nothing is ever too much of an issues. They complete ever task that is given to them to help support me in my own home. The staff listen to me and help support my emotional and physical well being. One of the managers comes to see me weekly and supports me with my calls as she likes to make sure I am comfortable and there has been no changes, we have built up a great relationship and trust through this.

If I could give higher than 5 starts I would! Highly recommend Dependable care.

What a lovely group of people, so caring and thoughtful, all the way through to the funeral, the manager and her team were fantastic every step of the way, it was a bit of trial and error to suit my grandmother bless her but we got there in the end, they organised it all, from getting my grandmother out of the nursing home and back into her own environment, couldn't have asked for anything more of them, would recommend this company to look after your loved ones, many thanks.

On the whole I am very satisfied and happy with the care provided. Staff are caring and I am well supported. My needs are well met and I highly recommend dependable care for kind helpful reliable home care.

My son has a brain injury and the care this company has gave him couldn't be any better they are so caring and have made my sons life so much happier from management to the carers they are all wonderful caring people I just wish we had found them 3 years ago when my son first needed carers. I would definitely highly recommend them.

They stayed by dad's side for 36 hours, they made sure he and me had everything we needed, understood what was happening and gave my dad the dignity he deserved in those last days. The team have been amazing; even a year later I pop in to see them at the office and it's like seeing old friends. My health suffered a lot after dad passed and they were my rock. Thank you so much! If you are looking for a care provider - you need this company, I put my trust in them and they have never let me down. You won't be disappointed, I wish we had found them sooner!

My mum and I are incredibly impressed. From the first initial set up meeting it was a breath of fresh air meeting carers that have a genuine care for what they do. We've had some poor experience in the past with hospital carers following multiple hospital discharges, so my mum was very reluctant but the Manager and his team are completely different! Our first day didn't go to plan as my mum was poorly but just want to say wow! The manager took so much pressure from me, organising antibiotics and liaising with doctors, pharmacy and paramedics so we could keep mum at home with the right treatment. Mum wants to "trial" how this will go based on her previous experience, but I'm confident based on our experience so far that soon she'll be increasing her care package based on how lovely and helpful everyone has been.

Dependable Care have been the most professional care providers we have come across in 3 years. They have worked with the family to put solutions in place for Dad's changing needs. Staff are professional and well trained in care protocols. The Care Manager has a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare care.

Dad was in hospital for over 6 weeks, we needed a care provider that cares to support dad following a quick discharge. We have not been disappointed in any way, the girls are always on time, and supportive and most of all they listen to dad. We would recommend this company for either yourself or a loved one.
