Hello! My name is Alexander and I am privileged to serve as the Registered Manager for our esteemed care service. With over 14 years of experience in Health and Social Care, my journey has encompassed a diverse range of healthcare settings and roles, encompassing both clinical nursing and community home care support.

Having worked in various healthcare placements, including Residential Homes, Hospitals, Mental Health facilities, and Hospice care, I bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to our service. My background in areas such as Community wound care, Emergency Tracheostomy care, and Brain/spinal cord rehabilitation reflects my commitment to comprehensive and compassionate care provision.

In terms of qualifications, I hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care for Children, Young People, and Older Adults, and I am currently pursuing a Level 7 in Healthcare Management. Training and continuous professional development are paramount to me, as evidenced by my certifications in Advanced Medication Administration, DOLS/Safeguarding, and Emergency Life Saving Skills, among others.

As a family-run business, we have a deep-rooted ethos of delivering exceptional care and support. Our foray into the care sector during the pandemic underscored our unwavering dedication to our clients, with a focus on personalised, compassionate care. I'm Chantelle, a Mum of 2 little girls with over 15 years background in management and social care; holding qualifications in person-centred care, care planning, scheduling, risk assessments, accounting, moving and handling, medication, safeguarding and training.
I initially came into the care world after my Grandad became very poorly and I assisted in his support and was present to see his deterioration as well as the barriers faced around accessing suitable care at home.
Ever since he passed it has driven me to make a difference wherever possible in the lives of those who need it; from cleaning to a coffee and a chat to full personal care support - with everything in between. My mission, which is encompassed by Dependable Care's core values, is to enable individuals to live at home, as per their wishes, safely and as independently as possible. As a passionate advocate for those who need it, I'll regularly be known to be on and off phone calls to the doctor's surgery or insisting on the urgency of referrals to make sure my clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
