Deep Heart Care provided personal, home care and companionship to my elderly mother twice a day for over a year. At first I had concerns because I had not heard of the agency before but I needn't have worried. Mums care was provided with care and compassion. She had her own individualised care plan and communication between myself and the agency was actively encouraged. If I had any concerns they were acted on immediately and resolved to my satisfaction. I had access to a web site that gave a detailed description of each visit which was helpful. Mum had initially been resistant to carers in her home but she soon looked forward to their visits and regarded them as friends who were there to help her. Unfortunately mums condition deteriorated and she had to move to a care home which was sad for everyone including the carers who had got to know her so well. I cannot praise the carers kindness, devotion to care and professionalism highly enough and would highly recommend them.
We are grateful for your kind words and for trusting Deep Heart Care to support your mum. It was a privilege to care for her, and we are pleased to hear our team provided compassionate, professional, and person-centred support. We wish you and your mum all the very best.

- Outstanding - The service is performing exceptionally well.
- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
