Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I cannot recommend Becoming Care Services highly enough. After a spell in hospital the decision was taken Mum would require daily home care. We chose Becoming Care following an initial meeting with Ruth in hospital. Mum's discharge was delayed however following discharge the care team immediately bonded
with Mum and treated her with kindness, patience and utter respect. The care my mother was shown was exemplary. Mum was discharged from hospital and expected to be with us for a long time. Unfortunately she developed an infection which resulted in her demise. During the final days the care team remained compassionate and without them the last days would have been unthinkable.
