I am writing this review based on our experience in May 2025. The care provided to my family member by this home care provider was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism, reliability, and warm approach.

They consistently arrived on time and carried out their duties with great care and compassion. It was clear that the carers genuinely cared about the wellbeing of my loved one. They took the time to listen, engage, and support them not just physically, but emotionally as well.

The service felt personalised and thoughtful. Every detail was taken into consideration, and communication with us as a family was always clear and reassuring. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly passionate about what they do, which made a huge difference.

I have found Premium Healthcare staffing to be professional and very caring. They listened to what care we wanted for our father-in-law, and within 24 hours, the perfect package and carer were put in place. My father-in-law is not the easiest person to please but he sings his carers praises to everyone. A special mention must go to one member of staff in particular who is available constantly to listen and put any changes needed in place immediately. In fact, if it weren't for Premium Healthcare Staffing, my father-in-law would not have been able to stay in the comfort of his own home.

The carer they have provided is excellent both with my wife and myself, this provides me with time to organized things, shopping, banking, etc and gives with some personal time to do things for myself.
