The organisation supports adults aged 16–65, as well as those over 65, with a wide range of care needs. This includes individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and those requiring end-of-life care.
Care packages are flexible and tailored to individual needs, ranging from 30-minute visits to several hours per day, including live-in care. Services provided include personal care, medication administration, mobility support, companionship, housekeeping and grocery shopping, as well as clinical care, such as catheter management, stoma care, and other specialist support.
Vanguards Healthcare Limited employs highly qualified and experienced healthcare professionals. All staff receive comprehensive induction training and ongoing mandatory and specialist training to ensure they remain competent and up to date with best practice. Care staff are assessed, supervised, and certified according to their skills and competencies. Every member of the team has undergone enhanced background checks and holds a current Enhanced DBS certificate.

From the first day we met the Care Manager and team, we felt supported, listened to, and valued. It was essential to the Care Manager and the team that my father received the care that was specific and tailored to his every need. As a family we ALL felt the benefits of the care and support provided. In a short space of time, the manager and team became like part of the family. Vanguards, their manager and staff are excellent. I have found them extremely professional, caring and flexible. They have worked with me and other professionals to provide care and support to a 95 year old sometimes in difficult circumstances. This provides me with reassurance that they are being prompted to take medication and eat. Furthermore it has removed the stress and worry from myself. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
