Living in Exeter, peacehaven gives peace of mind in regards to Nigel. We know that they would keep us informed of any problems which may occur. It is also good to know that should we not be able to take Nigel to any of his several hospital appointments they would do it. Nigel likes the company of the team and it also reassures him that they would deal with any emergency which should occur, if we weren't around. With their support, Nigel can remain living in his bungalow and remaining as independent as he wants. Excellent team.

I cannot fault Peace Haven Care in any way shape or form. We were previously with a more expensive company in the area who were diabolical, Peace Haven has restored my faith in home care.

Every staff member including and especially their management are phenomenal. Thank you for all that you do

I can't thank peacehaven care enough. All the carers are wonderful with my Dad. We appreciate all that they do for my dad on a daily basis. It's a very hard job that they do, but they all work hard and are kind, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend this company and their team of carers in Newquay

Found Peace Haven to be very reliable, staff friendly and helpful. Management have been very helpful and always listened to me and helped with my requests. They go above and beyond to help and do their best.
Always done their best to accommodate the requests of my changing visits.
If Dad has fallen the managers always turn up and stay until I arrive or ambulance.

Very happy with Dads carers.

Unfortunately our experience with Peace Haven has not gone well.
Initially the care we received for my Dad was going well (for a few weeks) but then an incident in which my Dad was given the wrong medication by one of the carers left us with no choice but to terminate the contract as our trust and faith was lost.
Fortunately my Dad was unharmed by this incident, however, it could have been a very different story.
The incident was dealt with in a very unsatisfactory manor and almost brushed off with lies and a considerable lack of compassion for what had happened.
It is with regret that we no longer feel we can continue to use peace haven.

Our confidence and respect for this company has gone.

I have found out that my care by all staff is excellent. Perhaps contact with Head Office could be more helpful.

Peace Haven delivers care for my mum and has been working with live-in carers for the past 18 months. They assist my mum with personal care, continence care, and skin care and can transfer her using a stand aid with confidence. They provide good quality care, having a great understanding of patient's needs as well as supporting the family. They provide excellent teamwork and go above and beyond.

My sister has used Peace Haven for about a year now. During this time she has received the best care provided for her. All staff that attend to her needs are the most caring people I have known. Always polite, courteous, honest and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires care.

Peace Haven delivered a care package for my grandfather 4 times per day in his own home which was above and beyond our expectations. They assisted with meds, personal care, meals and company. They were able to support with cleaning and shopping as and when needed as well as getting him a takeaway and treats ad-hoc. When he was in hospital at end of life, the carers visited him daily to ensure he was advocated for (as well as company for him) which meant so much.

They worked tirelessly to ensure his best interests were at the heart of their work and had a family rapport with him and us. We cannot thank them enough for everything. Highly recommended.

Every one of the girls that came into our home were like a breath of fresh air, it didn't feel like a job to them it was something they did to help me and my partner and it made our life so much easier I can't thank them enough.

I felt as though I had another family that I could turn to, on my good days they made them better and on my bad days, there was always a hug and a chat nothing was too much trouble. The night before my partner went into a care home they all came to the house with cakes etc that's not work that's love. Still miss you guys.
