The staff currently visit my mum twice a day and are polite, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to try accommodate any extra requests my mum may have. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.

Have been using Hartewell past 6 months to provide care for my parents. They have been very responsive to changing circumstances in that period in providing appropriate care to meet the needs of Mum and Dad. Staff have been friendly and approachable, answering questions and providing advice. Nothing is too much trouble for them and have been a great support to my Mum in living with my Dad's dementia and the challenges this brings.

Kind and willing staff, particularly impressed by smart uniforms which give confidence that the care received will be similarly professional. Although i personally didn't need as much physical help after my hip operation, as i expected, the full service, including food prep was available and offered daily. Very good assessment meeting so i knew exactly what help was available, the price, and time schedule of each daily visit. I felt this was a small, caring company who took pride in providing personal service with excellent communication at all levels. I recommend hartewell to others who need a similar short spell of help after leaving hospital.

From the beginning the relationship we had with the carers and the company was outstanding. They knew our needs, they were extremely efficient and we trusted them completely. Each week we received a timetable with the times of the visits and the names of the carers. These were always kept to. We would fully recommend the company to anyone who needs care.

I cannot recommend Hartewell enough, the service from start to finish has been excellent. Booking their services could not have been easier and they were really flexible with the situation my Mum was in which was of great comfort. The carer was a megastar and became much loved by Mum and the family as she helped care for her in her final days. Don't hesitate to book Hartewell if you want care for a loved one.

Thank goodness for the amazing care support that we now have in place for our father. It means that he is able to live as independently as he can, we know that he is being well looked after and that any additional caring needs can be met. This has made a huge difference to my sister and I, reducing our anxiety and the level of support we were providing. Plus dad is much happier and has more company.

Having physically deteriorated and now requiring care, I was very apprehensive. However, I needn’t be. The service from the start has been excellent. I have regular carers who have quickly learnt my routine and made me feel at ease. I have had my confidence built and now I am able to have companionship visits and go out shopping.
