Very kind, all carers are polite, friendly and willing.

The Angels at Home Care Team have been looking after mum for a couple of years, visiting 3 times a day. They are all very caring, helpful and respectful and really want the best for mum, this has allowed her to stay in her home environment. When mum left hospital I wasn't sure how I could manage full time work as well as juggling double up care visits but so far it has worked out well and mum feels safe and comfortable. The staff are very reliable and i would certainly recommend them. Being able to have 15 minute visits is a benefit that not all agencies offer. The social groups are also fantastic- especially for family and carers who need some respite and a break.

My sister started receiving help on 4 January...and initially was reluctant to accept help...but a number of carers have kindly persisted in helping her to accept....and see the need...for help. Attending 2 days a week at the Activity Group has been particularly successful. I have been grateful for the "listening ears" to my concerns by the carers...and although it is "early days" I am confident that help will continue to be professionally provided

The activity groups are very enjoyable, and they cater for all and everyone's needs. Transport is very useful and great value for money. Staff are very supportive.

The team at Angels have been looking after my father for the last 12 months. Initially one visit a day, culminating in 24/7 care as Dad's needs progressed.

I am a full time carer for my husband who is severely disabled and has been for some years. Angels at Home provide a Welfare checks service which enables me to leave him for a while to meet with friends or family or just have a break. The calls are 15 minutes during which they check he is comfortable and deal with catheter bag etc, make him a cup of tea and check he has taken his medication. It enables me to have a much needed few hours break. It's a wonderful and very good value for money service and I highly recommend them to anyone. The carers are, without exception, kind and friendly and reliable and the admin is always efficient too. They respond promptly and with genuine concern and care. Highly recommended

Angels at Home have been incredible with my mum. They go above and beyond with the care they provide. I had an incident recently where I needed to up the care temporarily for my mum. I literally made a phone call and the very same day they sent someone round and fulfilled my wishes. I am so grateful to the manager and all her team for the incredible support not only for my mum but also for myself. 10/10

I would like to rate this care company as wonderful, they have looked after my mum for 7 months. Mum has just recently passed and thanks to Angels Mum was able to stay at home right till the end. Mum had dementia and could sometimes struggle with aspects of her care but the team that came to support her had a great understanding of dementia. Before we arranged for Angels to come in Mum had not been keeping on top of her daily routine and the carers took their time with her and soon had Mum back on track. When Mum came to the end of life all staff stepped up and dealt with everything, they helped us out and went above and beyond. Mum passed peacefully at home with family and the support of Angels, we can not thank them enough.

We only used Angels At Home Care Services for a short time to help with my dad who has dementia but they stepped in at short notice and were very friendly and accommodating while we worked out what care we needed. The staff are all lovely and they were great with Dad, treating him with respect. He was relaxed and chatty with them. We would have continued using them if our circumstances hadn't changed.

Since my father moved to Angels at Home Care, he has been able to enjoy a higher quality of life, the caring staff and office team are extremely friendly and are very good communicators, which means that my father is able to quickly and easily develop a rapport with them - and he looks forward to their visits. All the carers are reliable and always ask my father if he needs any further services before they leave. Carers are allowed to come 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late. Nearly always they make sure that they come 15 minutes early. This makes a big difference as my father gets prepared for his carers and therefore isn't kept waiting for nearly 30 minutes (which happened with his previous care services). Angels at Home has two qualified nurses which means that my father has been able to work with them for his specific needs rather than wait at home for a whole day, twice a week, for district nurses to come to him. Angels come when it suits my father! I highly recommend them.

I cannot fault the service we receive from Angels At Home Care. My mum who has dementia has such a better quality of life since we have used them, her mood and personality have improved as she is so well cared for and she seems much happier. The team are all superb and so lovely. They are also great at communicating with the family regarding any issues or concerns. Would highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra in-home support and care.

I highly recommend this company, the staff generally care and are all wonderful and very friendly. The office staff are quick and respond promptly to any queries the day service is wonderful and it gets my mum out of the house making a huge difference to her the home-cooked food is splendid; hugely recommended.

I feel I have a new lease of life since attending the Thursday activities group, the food is amazing all homemade and I enjoy taking part in the baking which we all get to enjoy for lunch. Excellent value for money. The staff and residents at Maywood are so friendly and engaging. I have such a laugh from start to finish which really brightens up my week. The only issue I have it's not long enough.

I attend the activity group, where I have done a lovely flower arrangement, baking, I have met lots of lovely people and the home-cooked meals are wonderful, the staff are very friendly, it is open to all ages, come along, we play music, have a general chat, play games and speak different languages, wonderful experience.

My nan goes to the Thursday activity group which she enjoys very much, they do different activities each week and the home-cooked food is superb. The staff are very friendly and supportive, very friendly sessions and she has made friends. She looks forward to it each week.

I am happy with the care received for my mum all of the care staff are lovely they are polite, professional, and compassionate. The office staff and management are caring and understanding too they deserve the 5* they have thank you so much.

Angels at Home service is wonderful the staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble they go above and beyond what is expected from them. They genuinely care always smiling and happy they all are very professional the communication from the office staff is excellent.

I would like to thank the care staff and the management from Angels At Home for the care and dignity they gave to my dad in the last few days of his life. It meant the world to my family and my mum especially to have my dad at home in his last few days, thank you so much.
