Care is tailored around each individual’s routines, preferences, and personal goals, ensuring support feels personal, consistent, and respectful. Services include personal care, medication support and administration, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, shopping support, respite care for family carers, live-in care, and overnight support. For more complex needs, care is delivered by trained and experienced staff, including qualified nursing professionals where required, ensuring safe and reassuring support at all times.
Mother’s Touch Home Care is also registered to provide TDDI services, including catheter care, end of life support, and other complex care needs. This allows safe and structured support for individuals requiring higher clinical input in the community, including hospital discharge support and ongoing specialist care at home.
Every care package begins with a detailed, person-centred assessment and an informal meet-and-greet to ensure the right match between client and caregiver. Emphasis is placed on continuity, trust, and meaningful relationships, recognising that good care is built on connection as well as competence. Flexible care options are available, including single or double-handed care and up to four visits per day.

They assisted me in my hotel room in Bermondsey. A terrific and practical way to be a tourist who needs help getting in and out of bed. Also dressed and undressed. Including handling my catheder. I felt very safe. Well cared for.

Mothers Touch have been providing care for my Mother who has dementia and broke her hip in the autumn for some time. The standard of care provided and the professionalism and knowledge of the carers has surpassed my expectations by some margin. Each carer has been patient, attentive and caring and has, at times, had to deal with frustration and anger. The administration from the office is exceptional and they work with the relative to provide the care the person needs as well as regular updates on what has happened during the day (and night as mum has 24 hour care). I cannot recommend Mothers Touch highly enough. Many thanks to Kaberi, Lily, Asma, Rifat, Aya, Kowsalya and Barbara and a special mention for Sumi who has spent most time with mum.
