I am happy with the care received by my father. The carers are punctual, empathetic and professional. My father feels very comfortable with them. Carers are also caring and trustworthy. The care agency itself is also run more professionally than the previous one we had. They regularly check in with
me that we are happy and everything is ok.

Mother's touch continue to provide a valuable service, attending to my mum, who while she strives to remain independent needs someone to help with living at home safely. She was wary of having help, but now looks forward to her regular carer.
