I feel totally satisfied with the carer service you have provided. The main carer who looked after me could not have been better, good humoured, tolerant of my moods (those of a sick person) and efficient.

As always care provided was of a very high standard. But last week it was mum's 94th birthday & unexpectedly she received a personalised cake & flowers from Mother's Touch and from her carer. It was such a generous gesture & made mum feel very special.
Reply from Kaberi Mukherjee, Registered Manager at Mother's Touch CareThank you for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that the care provided made such a positive impact, and that the birthday gesture helped make a special day even more memorable. It's wonderful to know that our team's efforts are appreciated, and we will continue to provide care with the same dedication and compassion.

Mothers Touch have been providing care for my Mother who has dementia and broke her hip in the autumn for some time. The standard of care provided and the professionalism and knowledge of the carers has surpassed my expectations by some margin. Each carer has been patient, attentive and caring and has,
at times, had to deal with frustration and anger. The administration from the office is exceptional and they work with the relative to provide the care the person needs as well as regular updates on what has happened during the day (and night as mum has 24 hour care).
I cannot recommend Mothers Touch highly enough. Many thanks to Kaberi, Lily, Asma, Rifat, Aya, Kowsalya and Barbara and a special mention for Sumi who has spent most time with mum.
If you need care in the home, at whatever level, these are the people to talk to

I am happy with the care received by my father. The carers are punctual, empathetic and professional. My father feels very comfortable with them. Carers are also caring and trustworthy. The care agency itself is also run more professionally than the previous one we had. They regularly check in with
me that we are happy and everything is ok.
