With a passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care, I have been proudly working in the health and social care sector since 2019. Backed by a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and an MBA from the University of East London (UEL), I bring a strong blend of compassion, professionalism, and leadership to every aspect of care. I have successfully managed a care home with 23 residents, ensuring not only compliance but a warm, supportive environment where residents thrive. As a qualified Dementia Champion, I’m deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for those living with memory challenges. I regularly collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders to ensure care plans are tailored, effective, and truly reflective of each individual’s needs. With full completion of all mandatory training, including fire safety, I strive to create safe, respectful, and empowering spaces for those in my care.

With three years of dedicated experience in the care sector and a strong professional background, Kaberi Mukherjee leads the care operations at Mother’s Touch Care Limited with passion and precision. As Registered Manager, Kaberi oversees every step of the client journey—from conducting comprehensive assessments to setting up personalised care packages tailored to each individual's needs.

Kaberi is known for her deep compassion and exceptional understanding of client requirements. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care. Her ability to balance the needs of stakeholders, service users, and carers is a testament to her leadership and interpersonal skills.

Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care, Kaberi is committed to maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations, ensuring the service remains safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led. She is a key point of contact for clients and their families, actively promoting wellbeing and delivering reassurance at every stage.

Akilan, our valued team member, brings with him nearly 3 years of hands-on experience in adult social care. Despite his relatively recent entry into the field, he has already built a strong reputation for supporting individuals with varied physical and mental health needs through his professionalism, empathy, and dedication.

Akilan has been an integral part of our organisation, contributing in various roles that have helped him develop a deep and practical understanding of the care sector. His commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals is evident in every aspect of his work, and he consistently delivers person-centred care of the highest standard.
