The overall experience that the patient has been exceptional. The patient has been thoroughly cared for attended to and needs and requirements have been met. The patient really likes the carers and feels comfortable asking them for assistance. They maintain cleanliness within the home and provide assistance when preparing food. They are doing a very good job and we are grateful.

My experience with Elect-12 care services was nothing short of exceptional, I had a full house deep cleaned for my brother that has Parkinson's, he had been unable to do any real cleaning for two years because of his condition and was also struggling with depression as he lives on his own, his house had fallen into something of a state, I called Elect-12 care services for help I spoke to a lovely lady called Angeline she arranged a meeting at my brothers home within one week to see what work was needed, Angeline came as promised to my brothers home to see what works that needed to be done, after some time of looking what works that needed to be done we agreed on a date to start the cleaning as my brother was going away for six days, a team of cleaners started a week later the house needed cleaning from top to bottom absolutely everything, after 4 days of cleaning I couldn't believe how the house looked it was fantastic, thank you so much to Angeline, Franca, highly recommend *****

Angelene and her team at Elect - 12 Care have gone beyond the mark to take of my nephew who has MND. Sacrificing self hours to offer personalised and cultural sensitive attention to his health needs and wellbeing. They have virtually become family. Thank you, Angelene.
