Inga and her team come and looked after my mother in law. We so much love and care and dignity. I could not have wished for a better team. As I am a carer my self and looked after my mother in law for so many years it was hard to give over that control but Inga and her team involved me in every
direction that was made and made me feel part of that team. Could of wished for anyone better then One love.

Where do I begin! Maybe I'll start by saying don't hesitate to put your life in their hands as they are truly wonderful!
Mum sadly needs end of life care. Dad had resisted any form of help. Eventually it was taken out of his hands as a lovely physio called the Rapid Response Team to assess Mum's needs.
After
11 days Mum was handed over to the care of 'One Love'. This was selected by the team involved with assessing Mum.
Inga is the head of the One Love team. Do not underestimate her!! She is a force to be reckoned with!! Inga is extremely experienced & knowledgeable, she personally makes an assessment & recommends anything that she feels would improve Mum's quality of life.
A small group of lovely carers call in on Mum. Mum needs 2 carers 3 times a day. Mum knows them all by name & looks forward to their visits.
Dad says he looks on the carers as part of the family. High praise indeed if you knew my Dad!!
Their lives are so much better since One Love started visiting.

We can not express the gratitude we feel for One Love Homecare. They have gone above and beyond for our loved one my wife was only diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 4 weeks ago and has gone downhill exceptionally fast. We went from one to four visits a day and when we tell her the manager is here she smiles
and behaves!! They have supported us as a family too and nothing is to much for them. If anyone asks us for a care company all day long we would say ONE LOVE HOMECARE. We hope that this review will bring them many clients to come and wish them success in the future. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts we will always think on you.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for this amazing company. We feel truly blessed to have found One Love Home Care Service. My dad has been battling cancer for a few years, and as a family, we struggled to cope.
His language barrier made communication difficult, but we were fortunate to find
this wonderful care company, where the Director speaks multiple languages. This has been such a relief for all of us, especially for my dad.
Now, he eagerly awaits his care visits with a smile, and we can relax knowing he is well looked after and understood. The kindness and compassion shown by One Love Home Care truly feel like family.
A massive thank you to the entire team! We highly recommend One Love Home Care Service to anyone in need of support.

The carer who visits me is usually punctual.
It's always been the same person.
She doesn't bring her own personal baggage with her and is always friendly and ready for a chat, whether topical or specific to an issue.
She doesn't gossip about other clients.
She's highly dependable and was recommended
to me by a friend, who she's still caring for.

We received excellent care, support and advice during my husband's illness. With visits up to three times a day we were able to look after my husband at home despite him being fully dependent for all care and movement. Our carer provided reliable and sensitive care. We enjoyed her visits which made
a difficult time easier to bear: she felt like part of the family, and indeed made extra visits to offer support the night and day after my husband died. I'll always be grateful for her care.
