They were all extremely efficient and well trained in their use of complicated appliances whilst being very empathetic towards my wifes needs.They all also had great senses of humour which
always cheered my wife up and brought numerous rays of light into our rather gloomy world.
Also many thanks to the team manager who phoned or popped in on a regular basis to see how
we were both doing.
