All good so far.

We couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Potters. My parents were very resistant to the idea of carers coming in but all the carers have been 1st class, kind, courteous, helpful and genuinely interested in them and caring towards them and they now really look forward to them coming in. From my point of view, having been the point of contact for the company and the carers, the service has been extremely good, they keep in touch regularly and bend over backwards to help and accommodate your needs. I can't recommend highly enough.

This is a relatively new company but one that should greatly help with the provision of care services in the Deeside and Donside areas. Some of the staff are fairly inexperienced and would benefit from some additional on-the-job training and shadowing but all were very pleasant and willing to help.

The staff are very friendly and the care is excellent. The staff do everything that is asked of them and they are very reliable. Having a local company that can help out is such a relief since getting respite is very difficult.

We hope that the company does well as they are very accommodating.

Have really appreciated the support and care from Potters. I am incredibly grateful for the carers that look after my mother. They are consistently reliable, kind, supportive, and trustworthy. The team goes above and beyond to ensure my mother's well-being, and their dedication is truly commendable. My father is receiving care support from Potters Independent living. I can only praise the staff for their diligence and patience with my father. They not only quickly grasped my fathers routines and habits but were very willing to listened to my knowledge in respect of my father. They have therefore fitted seamlessly into the pattern of care and the other agency team who with myself provide the ideal support for my father to enjoy life in and out of his home.

Following on from a hospital visit, my dad required some additional help and support to continue living independently at home. Potters have been fantastic - this was unchartered waters for us and the help and information that we received from the initial meeting was invaluable. We are always kept up to date with any information regarding my dad's care. The care itself is excellent and all of the carers make Dad feel comfortable especially his regular carer who goes out of her way to make him feel more like a 'friend' rather than a 'resident' which is wonderful to see.

I am very satisfied and happy with the care my elderly mother has been receiving these past two months after falling and fracturing her shoulder. My partially sighted mother of almost 91 years really needed help, and most importantly she too is happy with the help she gets.
