Our son has really benefited positively from the support Alcedo has provided. he looks forward to his support and has created lovely friendships with staff members. He has grown in confidence and enjoys his routine of going out. As parents, we were worried about him going out without us, but staff members put us at ease, and as a family, we have created positive, trusting relationships with staff.

Hi, my name is Karen, and I am the Operations Manager of Alcedo Care Warrington. I started with Alcedo Care in 201,9 and I have loved every minute of it!
I started as a Home Care Worker in February 2019 and gradually progressed to Operations Manager. I am very passionate about providing high-quality care services, and I love my job!
My name is Michael and I’m the Care Manager at Alcedo Care Warrington. My role in a nutshell is to oversee the day-to-day running of our home care service. I am responsible for ensuring that our service meets all legal and regulatory requirements (according to CQC), and ultimately ensure that we are providing excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.
