It is no exaggeration to say Kayden Care have had such a positive impact in our lives, and the level of care and attention has been exceptional. They came to us at a time where my husband's needs had become very complex and challenging, but the team were very experienced and took away the pressure the family were experiencing. They have also taken the time to research the condition and advised us on useful equipment and helped us navigate potential funding that could be available to us. This personalised approach has been so valuable to us as a family.
I called Kayden Care & spoke to the owner who was very sensitive & intuitive to our needs. My daughter was resisitant to carers coming initially but they have gained my trust & more importantly my daughter's. The carers are all lovely & proactive, they now know our routines & work independently without having to be told what to do. It has made such a difference that I can go out & not worry about my daughter as I know she is in safe hands. Wish I'd found them sooner!
"Thank you for this beautiful feedback! We are so happy that we've been able to deliver exactly the kind of sensitive, independent care we intend to. It is an honor to support your daughter and to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve. We're just glad we could be there when you needed us!"
They have made such a difference to my life ,kept the house looking wonderful and will do any chores that need doing, any thing is possible and always cheerful too and so encouraging with it all .
My regular and I have bonded so well and with her encouragement we walk every morning.
Have kept my depression at bay
The Boss is a wonderful and very empathetic woman and I knew s soon as I met her that she and her "girls "were going to be the PERFECT fit and so it has turned out to be.
Extremely happy
Thank you all.
Thankyou for giving us the honour of being your life facilitators. You are an amazing human being and we all celebrate your spirit.
They transformed his last few months. I have told my children that when I need care they should make sure it is given by her teams .
Thank you for your kind words. It was such a privilege getting to know your brother and caring for him. I wish I met him before he had surgery.
Kayden Care provided excellent personalised and compassionate care for my elderly father with complex needs after surgeries. I was impressed by how proactive and person-focused the care was at all levels from management to the carers themselves. Kayden Care actively found solutions to problems and managed contacts with hospital/gp/occupational health efficiently. Communications were excellent and I always felt kept in the loop. They were able to manage with shifting discharge dates from hospital and readmission and provide 24/7 live-in care including times where multiple carers were required. They were a real lifeline for our family and made what could have been an incredibly stressful time as manageable as it ever could be. Everyone on their team had kindness, warmth, compassion and professionalism. We are very grateful.
Providing support and care to your father has been a great privilege. When life throws the unexpected at families, hospital discharges, shifting medical needs, and emotional overwhelm, Kayden Care stands ready. From management to frontline carers, we are committed to responsive, proactive, and...
The managers and staff from Kayden care have been very professional, responsive and sensible. They actively seek ways to engage with my parent and have been very reliable. They keep me informed about the care they are providing and treat my father with dignity.
Thank you for your kind words. The team and I want to ensure that your father has a good start for his day
I have been really impressed by the flexibility and creativity of those who have supported me. The aim has always been to work towards my independence and more recently the amount and nature of support has changed and reduced but I have continued to feel the genuine concern for my welfare and progress.
I have already mentioned the company to friends and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service more widely if asked.
Thank you, we are happy that you have got your confidence back to take an active role once more in living the life you want. Our success is when you realise your outcomes. As we are fully person-centred, we do need to be able to have the flexibility to adapt as our independence evolves. Our service...
The company always provides cover when the carer is off or on leave.
They value my son's dignity and independence which is wonderful to see. Nothing is ever too much for them.
Thank you for your kind words. Working with your son and planning for his future needs is something we are very committed to. We believe in him living his best version and up for supporting him in his changing needs.
We started using Kayden Care around a month ago to get support for my mother who was recently hospitalised with depression and anxiety, causing uncontrolled movements and frailty. We have been delighted with the care my mother has received, which has been tailored and sensitive. Our goal for care support was to get her eating well, getting out, and generally becoming more independent. My mum really likes everyone she has met, and really appreciates the support. We have been impressed with the responsiveness, empathy, and flexible approach to care. It feels like we are getting precisely what my mother needs and the level/detail of communication has been fantastic. I feel really fortunate that we found Kayden Care.
Thank you for choosing us and your kind words. Supporting your mum achieve her outcomes is something her whole team is committed to and celebrates as we reach milestones.
As a family with our elderly mum suffering from dementia and living on her own, we have existing care in place for her morning and lunchtime routines, however with mum's decreasing mobility and advancing dementia we required additional support and peace of mind with evening care. Following a chat and assessment on the phone and at mum's home, this enabled us as a family to make informed decisions about the care that would work for mum. The team have made a great start getting to know mum and have been extremely helpful aiding her evening meal as well as getting her ready for bed and making sure she is comfortable and safe. Although we have only just started using Care At My Home team, the care givers are all kind and supportive of mum and are responsive to her needs which has already made a huge difference to her evening routine as well as valuable peace of mind for the family. The app means we can keep in touch on a daily basis and answer any questions immediately.
Even though it has only been a couple of weeks of providing support to your mum, her team of carers are understanding her needs and finding ways to keep her engaged whilst they are with her. Please do let us know what more we can do and I know the team are grateful for the ease of communication with the family on how to meet needs.
The manager and team have been looking after my mum and dad for 6 months. My dad has quite advanced Parkinson's disease and my mum has been struggling with a broken hip. They have been great - always on time, go over and above and available last minute for emergencies - thank you.
Thank you. It has been an honour to support your parent's during their times of need. We are happy that our service can adjust to emergencies and flexible to be responsive to changing needs.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly around my friend. The carers were able to persuade her to participate in activities such as playing cards even when my friend felt less inclined to do so. They never pushed an issue, just got round my friend, which demonstrated certain important skills needed to do the job well.
I was very impressed overall and would have no hesitation in recommending the care agency to my friends and family, which I have done on several instances.
Thank you for sharing your observations. It is very important that our clients are enabled to continue to participate in activities that they enjoy. I will definitely share your review with her care team.
The management of this company is truly professional and I get updates on a regular basis with 1 to 1 meetings and regular reviews as to the amount of care given versus the care needed. As a manager myself, I can see that the company has a strong caring ethos which can only be passed down from the directors.
Finally, the app is great it keeps me up to date.
Thank you for your kind words. It is a pleasure supporting your mom. Her care team looks forward to visiting and supporting her with her meal preparation medication and support with family living activities. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.
