All staff treated my husband with respect, dignity and laughs - he appreciated their help with bathing-dressing and their kindness and humour and looked forward to their visits twice daily, even with dementia. He seemed to know their faces but not who they were. All carers cleared the bathroom and left everything in place. Their kindness and respect was exceptional.

We have been using the above care company for just over 2 years to present day. I have power of attorney for health and care to assist the client and help his wife. This care company is exceptional, technical, passionate, caring and trustworthy. I cannot recommend their service enough. The client is very comfortable with the cares and actually looks forward to their visits which has increased to twice a day. The service is varied and includes hygiene and personal care.
