All staff treated my husband with respect, dignity and laughs - he appreciated their help with bathing-dressing and their kindness and humour and looked forward to their visits twice daily, even with dementia. He seemed to know their faces but not who they were. All carers cleared the bathroom and left
everything in place. Their kindness and respect was exceptional.

We have been using the above care company for just over 2 years to present day. I have power of attorney for health and care to assist the client and help his wife. This care company is exceptional, technical, passionate, caring and trustworthy. I cannot recommend their service enough. The client is
very comfortable with the cares and actually looks forward to their visits which has increased to twice a day. The service is varied and includes hygiene and personal care.

I have found FastFalls Response to be incredible, professional, caring and most helpful over a period of 2 1/2 years of health problems suffered by my husband. Very very respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. Quality of care is quite exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone needing care
and help.

My wife found FastFalls Responses Ltd when I was trying to be released from NHS after a fall. breaking my legs and dislocating my hip, and in those circumstances they were the best thing that happened for us both. They have looked after me, and provided help and kindness to my wife.

Used them for my mother, and they were professional, caring, and attentive. Several times I had to call out late in the evening and still they arrived promptly. More important to me is leaving someone you can trust to look after her, I was happy to do so, after having experiences in the past with other
care providers which was negative.

I have found the carers from FastFallsResponse are very dedicated, friendly, and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are also ready to come anytime I really need them. That alone is comforting!

The fast falls response team was able to look after my father at very short notice. The service is always been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised when apart from the care service they have offered us the Fastfalls response service where I can contact them
if my father has a fall and they will attend, assess and use the latest raising chair to bring him back on his feet. The communication and care provided is a good positive experience.

In April 2023 FastFallsResponse started caring for my stepfather on his return from hospital - having had several heart attacks.
The excellent care they provided enabled him to then be kept out of the hospital, extended his lifespan, and gave him a quality of life that wouldn’t have been possible
without their expert knowledge, help, and compassion.
Their ethos is not only to care for the client but the whole family. They have supported us through our most challenging times, and have been available 24/7. Whenever we have needed them, they have been there. 'Always ready to help'. To say that they go 'above and beyond' is no exaggeration.
Now that my stepfather has passed they continue to care for my 90-year-old mother, enabling her to stay in her own home.
FastFalls’ care helps clients keep their independence and dignity. Their approach is always positive and nothing is ever a problem. They are genuine, kind, and compassionate people, who do this as a vocation rather than a job.

My friend's mother was in need of assistance due to a fall in her front room and then we called FastFallsResponse, who are polite and very quick to respond. They made her feel reassured, safe and recovered her promptly. I would recommend them to anyone.
