A First class Care package,that caters for my Mothers needs.Friendly and helpfully staff who are always attentive and polite.When I've had to ring the office I'm always dealt with in a professional manner.

This is the third year dealing with this home care company and I'm so happy with the service I have had for my friend.
I have no regrets and would recommend this company for your loved ones.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and always in touch and if I need anything there is always great communication
with all the staff.
My friend is very safe in the hands of all the staff as now her Alzheimer's dementia is getting worse they are so patient and caring with her keeping her safe.
They do lots of stimulation with her and keeping her active keeps her strong

We have only been with Saddlebrook a few months but they have already covered extra dates for us to those we'd agreed. Carers are limited to one main, one secondary and one spare. Excellent system. The manager is a joy! She's knows what she is talking about and is a lovely lady. All communication is
dealt with swiftly and the carers are skilled at adapting to what their client needs. I feel my mums best interests are important to the staff. Thanks Saddlebrook

We have had a good two months so far. We were with an NHS provided care company for two previously and were so worried that that was the standard to expect , what a relief when the staff turned up that first week. Going from an anxious what is going to go wrong today to morning girls , I'll get my
wife's breakfast, just ask if you need anything.
AND then the laughter , on both sides, what a pleasure !
The star rating would have been six not four or five but for a slight miss-communication, which was dealt with swiftly and to both sides benefit..... It pays to talk..... manager and the staff listen and act accordingly. They found a new way to do something today, tried it out and it works.
We both hope to stay with Saddlebrook as long as we need to.

We have been using Saddlebrook Healthcare Services for over 5 months and the care received is second to none. I have seen 3 carers but it is mainly 2 who share the week. Nothing is too much trouble for them, housekeeping, personal care, you name it, it gets done. Our elderly Aunt is looked after with
care and attention, she has really taken to them. Not wanting to go into a care home it is ideal. I read the daily notes online which is brilliant, I know who has been in, what has been done and how things are. If anything is troubling the carer they get in touch so that we can sort it out, we work as a team. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
