Care Circle Ltd provided outstanding care and support for my aunt. From the very beginning, the team was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive to her needs. They took the time to understand her routine, preferences, and the level of support she required, which made a real difference to both her comfort and confidence. The carers were always friendly, respectful, and patient. They treated my aunt with dignity and made her feel valued rather than simply completing a task. Communication with the family was also excellent-we were kept informed and felt reassured that she was in safe, capable hands. What stood out most was the compassion shown by the team. They went beyond basic care and built a positive relationship with my aunt, helping her feel comfortable and supported at home. Their reliability, professionalism, and personal approach gave our family great peace of mind.

I have had such a positive experience with Care Circle while arranging care for my father, and I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the carers have shown kindness, patience, and a natural warmth that made a real difference to him and to us as a family. It's so reassuring to see him treated with such dignity and respect. What has stood out just as much is the support from the management team. Whenever we've had a question or a concern, it's been dealt with quickly and thoughtfully, which has taken a huge weight off our shoulders and given us real peace of mind. I've also really appreciated the regular check-ins and reviews. It never feels like a tick-box exercise - they truly listen, take on board feedback, and make sure everything is tailored to his needs as things change.
Knowing that he is in safe, caring hands means everything to us. Care Circle feels like an organization that genuinely cares about people, not just the service they provide.

John who heads up Care Circle was very diligent at trying to understand the needs of my mother and father who are both in their nineties. Both had different needs and on some weeks the care plan changed quickly. The agency did their best to accommodate my parents' requests and were transparent about what they could do. John always responded to my messages very quickly which i greatly appreciated. My parents had different carers who were on rotation and they definitely preferred some more than others which I am sure is common. They upheld my parents dignity and when there were a few distressing incidents, it was handled quietly. I have no hesitation in recommending Care Circle.
WIth regards to their pricing structure, it was the going rate.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the compassion, professionalism and consistency of your carers have shown during this time. We love our regular carer who comes in to support my mum. A particular member of staff has shown genuine kindness and care to my mother. So we are very grateful for that. The Care Circle team have also been great with any assistance we need at any time of the day & night.

Their commitment helped to create a positive bond with my father, improving his mental well-being. They left a good energy after each visit, and we had regular staff coming, so they knew what they do. The lady in the office was in regular touch to keep things up to date.
