Channel Community Care are a small, very reliable & friendly team. They notice change in mental & physical wellbeing and act promptly & appropriately alongside the routine daily care. They are unfailingly cheerful, spending time converstaionally and looking out for the main carer/spouse. Highly recommended!

The girls are caring and kind. All wear the uniform and PPE. They treat my dad as an individual, and most are happy go lucky and make him laugh and get him going, which he needs every day. There is only one that my parents can't get on with; she thinks she knows everything and leaves most of the work to the other person. She tries to tell my parents what to do, and sometimes upsets my dad with how she speaks to him. All the girls are clean in their work and tidy up after they have finished. Most like and play with their cat, who also loves the attention.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care I received. From the very beginning, the staff were professional, compassionate and attentive, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire experience. Every question answered with patience and kindness, I truly felt that my wellbeing was their top priority. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding. Its rare to find such a combination of expertise and genuine compassion. Thank you to everyone involved in my care for your continued dedication and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking high-quality care.
