Our carer has provided outstanding care for our mum, who is struggling to come to terms with her situation and occasionally experiences mood swings that can be challenging. Despite this, he carer has consistently demonstrated deep understanding, compassion, and genuine problem-solving skills. The carer enters the house with a cheery voice that lifts the atmosphere of a quiet house since my mother (who loves nothing more than to chat) now lives with her husband with "nothing to stay" (except where is the pudding?) So carer's conversation has been treasured by mum even more than her professional care and cleanliness of the house. We are grateful for being introduced.

Having been in the company of the carer on only a few occasions my overall impression was that of someone who takes their job seriously, are punctual, and shows much consideration towards their client. I felt that she acted with efficiency and did not leave tasks unfinished after each visit and the care was very friendly towards us who were visiting for a short while.
