She is also currently studying Law at Level 5, further strengthening her expertise in governance, safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and ethical leadership within the care sector.
Her career combines frontline clinical experience with strategic management and regulatory knowledge. This unique blend allows her to lead with confidence, structure, and clarity while ensuring the organisation operates to the highest professional standards.
Larisa established Infinite Care Network with a clear vision: to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being within clients’ own homes.

Dixita joined Infinite Care Network as a Care Coordinator, bringing with her a strong clinical background and a deep commitment to patient-centred care.
She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery and is currently completing an MBA in Global Healthcare Management and Leadership at Coventry University. Dixita has experience working in nursing homes and healthcare administration, where she supported consultants, coordinated patient care, managed documentation, and communicated closely with families.
Her background includes clinical skills such as phlebotomy, wound care, and patient health assessments, alongside strong organisational and IT skills in electronic health records and healthcare documentation.
At Infinite Care Network, Dixita supports care planning, rota coordination, and client communication and ensures that services are delivered smoothly and professionally. She is known for her calm approach, empathy, and ability to explain information clearly and sensitively.
Dixita speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients and families.
