The carers were wonderful with my mum and always arrived at the scheduled time and stayed the full period. They were brilliant in encouraging her to eat and would always sit with her to talk to her. My mum was always really pleased to see her as they thought of her as friends.

Theretocare have been providing care to my Mum for just over 3 months. Prior to starting the manager came to meet us both and find out all about Mum. They come 5 evenings a week for an hour, ensuring she is safe and offering support. During the snow in January staff even offered to walk down the country
lane to get to her, they have also supported with medication and getting adaptations to the property. They are professional and respond quickly every time I contact them.

My mum has been cared for by Theretocare Ltd for a couple of months now and I am extremely happy with the care she receives every week. The staff are very friendly and my mum now looks forward to them coming each week. They are always prompt and will call ahead if running late. The communication between
the manager and myself is excellent and is always available to speak to if I have any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. 10/10

The service I've received is kind and thorough. It is reliable. The staff arrive at your house on time and are friendly. I always see a member of staff that I have seen before, never a stranger, if there is a new member of staff they are introduced to me at a previous visit with another member of staff
before they visit me on their own.

My experience with the agency began in June 2024 and is ongoing. I am completely satisfied with the care I am receiving and would be happy to recommend the agency. The carers are kind, efficient, understanding, flexible and friendly. Any potential health problems are reported to management and closely
monitored. I am kept informed of any changes and 'hiccups' e.g. traffic holdups causing carers to be delayed!

We are very fortunate to have Theretocare for my elderly mother who has progressive dementia.
What we wanted:
- kind and empathetic care from carers who really do care and who build a personal relationship:
- professionalism;
- dependability;
- easy communication; and
- straightforward management,
is
the DNA of TheretoCare.
When the manager founded Theretocare we were happy to jump on board immediately believing she would recruit great carers and create a great care provider. We have not been disappointed. My daughter has been visiting her grandmother this weekend - she has messaged us how natural and at ease my mother is with her carer this evening and the warmth between them. As a family we can relax. Having Theretocare in place for my Mum means the world to us.

The best home care company by far. All the carers are very friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so nice, I treat them as family. The company is extremely well organised and very efficient. Any problems (of which there are few) are dealt with immediately. A superb, bespoke
company.
