T.Esan is a fantastic care company that actually follows their own motto. My nephew with autistic difficulties has been in respite at their South Croydon branch and it has been amazing for him. They've introduced him into the community and enrolled him in college and he's doing so well! The carers are well-trained, and their aim and desires are not only to support vulnerable people but more importantly, bring out their confidence gifts/talent to enable independence.
