Overall Experience

Knowing that we can rely on BS Care to visit mum on the mornings we can't be there has given my sister and I so much peace of mind.
We know that she will have had breakfast and taken her medication, something that was previously very difficult to ensure.
The staff are very patient, caring and friendly.

Thank you it really puts mine and my brothers mind at rest that Mum is so well looked after by her carer. I feel that the carer has really got to know Mum and although she was not keen on having carers at first she feels like she can welcome the carer into her home as a friend.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible care nurses from BS Care Providers Ltd, who looked after my mum during a very challenging time. My mum, who suffered from scoliosis and had become very immobile, received the most compassionate and attentive care from these two wonderful individuals.

The nurses treated my mum as if she were their own, with warmth, kindness, and genuine affection. Their dedication went beyond just fulfilling their duties-they brought comfort, dignity, and a sense of companionship to my mum, which made a world of difference to her well-being. They were always patient, understanding, and attentive to her needs, ensuring she felt safe and cared for at all times.

The professionalism and empathy they demonstrated were truly exceptional, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing that my mum was in such capable and loving hands. I cannot thank the two nurses and the team at BS Care Providers Ltd enough.

Overall Experience

My mum has received care from BS Care Providers following a fall at home and an extended hospital stay for the last 6 weeks. This care has provided Mum with a safer environment, which has helped return her confidence and made her much happier.
The care Mum has received has been an excellent combination of professional, insightful, kind and caring. This has allowed me to return to my own life safe in the knowledge that my mum is safe and happy again.
BS Care Providers have also proven to be very flexible in their approach to the nuances of my mum's needs and have reassuringly kept me informed as appropriate.

Mum and I now intend to continue on a long-term basis to rely upon and enjoy the excellent service and companionship that BS Care Providers have given us. I would therefore have no hesitation at all in recommending their service to any family with home care needs.

Overall Experience

The care and kindness my grandparents have received from BS Care Providers has been amazing. They arrive on time, are very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. They arrive with a warm smile on their face which starts their day the perfect way. My grandad has commented that the lady providing his care has been the best they've ever had.
Communication from day one has been superb and the manager made us feel like part of her family and is so warm and welcoming.
We honestly couldn't ask for better care providers.
