Verona care is an essential part of my brother's life. Every morning a carer - usually male- comes to help my brother get out of bed in the morning, get washed and dressed, have breakfast and generally set him up for the day. They are always kind, thoughtful and thorough. It is so good for my brother to start the day with a friendly face- and it gives me peace of mind that he is being cared for whilst managing to stay in his own home.

The patience, dignity, and professionalism demonstrated by the Verona team-even during the most difficult moments-have been nothing short of remarkable. Time and again, the team went above and beyond what was required, often providing support well beyond their normal remit and working additional hours when circumstances demanded it. Their unwavering commitment to the well-being of my aunt and uncle has not gone unnoticed and has been deeply appreciated by our entire family.

Verona Home Care initially provided post operative support to my mother following hip replacement surgery. We received expert advice and very friendly diligent service thereafter. Verona Home Care is now a regular part of my parents care plan and we look forward to further support over the coming months after elective surgery which my father will have next month.
