I cannot thank our carer enough for the care, kindness and compassion she has shown to my dad. She has gone far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.
When my dad was admitted to hospital with an infection, she took the time to visit him, which meant so much to him and to our family. She has also continued to visit him during his temporary stay in residential care, providing a familiar face and reassuring support at a time when everything has been changing for him.
She has always treated my dad with dignity, patience and genuine warmth. It is obvious that she truly cares about the people she looks after, and her dedication has given our family great peace of mind.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her support, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate professional.

Since their first assessment of my care needs in December 2025 I have experienced a courteous and capable service from my QVC carers. Addionally the quality of the personal interaction between me and each carer has been excellent. I feel very comfortable with them and there are lots of smiles between us each day. Seven months into our service arrangement I am still happy with their fees, which I find reasonable.
They efficiently and considerately provide the help I need with bathing and personal hygiene while ensuring I retain my dignity, plus practical tasks like stripping and remaking my bed, doing the washing, cooking meals, helping with medication etc.
I appreciate them ensuring that we have time for a personal chit chat at the end of our daily visits. They are excellent carers who I now count as professional friends. I'm so glad I found them. . They have a real concern for their clients and can't fail to impress.
