Sandwell Home Care 24/7 Ltd (previously Bridgewater Home Care Sandwell) in the Black Country, West Midlands, support vulnerable Adults to live independently in their own home and community for as long as they wish. Working to the 'DAD Standard', if it's not good enough for Dad, it's NOT good enough for you or your loved one (Non Negotiable). Also offering a cost effective, personally tailored alternative to a Care Home, allowing you or your loved one to do what they want, when they want, how they want, in the comfort of their own home and familiar surroundings (especially important for people living with Dementia according to Internationally recognised research).

As a Veteran owned and run family business, there is a first hand understanding of supporting Veterans and their unique needs. Through extra training and Global networking the services provided benefit from having access to the latest approaches in supporting individuals and families living with Dementia.

Home and community support services include Companionship, Domestic support (cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc), Personal care (assistance getting out of bed, showering or going to the toilet, medication support), Palliative Care, End of Life Care, 24 hour support and Live in Care (alternative to Care Home, a Care Specialist lives in the home 24/7 to support the client as required.

We were in desperate need of some help for my Aunt.
One of the managing directors and care manager were helpful right from my first call.
The care was arranged quickly and the care specialists are all wonderful.
Having on line access to the care plan is superb, enabling the family to see full updates
on her care.
The care manager, keeps us updated with any issues and always replies to any queries quickly. If she says she will call you back, she always does.
So glad we found this company for my Aunt and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The director, the care manager and the team are incredible at a time in our lives when we really need them. Looking after mum - they took everything we couldn't do as a family, and give her the best and happiest days possible. Nothing is too difficult for them and we couldn't feel more comfortable with
them looking after her. Mum wasn't sure at first, but soon changed her opinion after meeting the carers - it's given us so much more confidence knowing mum's well looked after

Bridgewater go above and beyond in their care. My parents have received amazing treatment and the family are kept informed at every stage. There are daily reports on how every interaction went which you can access at any time. Staff at every level are polite, friendly and caring not only to their clients
but to all the family. Any concerns or issues are reported to the family immediately so action can be taken. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Chris and Kane are an amazing team. They are kind, caring and will go out of their way to support my dad who has vascular dementia. They provide him with meals, medication and companionship on a daily basis. They take him shopping, to the pub, coffee shop, bowling, swimming and have built an amazing
relationship with him. They have taken the stress out of caring for a vulnerable parent, through their generosity of time and spirit. I fully recommend this company to anyone who is trying to navigate the care system in Sandwell because they are shining beacons in what can be a very dark journey.

I appreciate the support given to my mom and myself as my own health declined emergency support was given when requested
The carer is warm and friendly and supports her where required she gets on with Mom and Mom feels comfortable around her. The quality of support is very important and not rushing
to get to the next visit.
