ABP Cares provided immediate 24-care for my mother, who has dementia, when she came out of the hospital. The care that mum has received since has made all the difference to her comfort and well-being, with supervised medication and domestic help, and improved nutrition. The carers are sensitive, patient, hard-working, respectful and trustworthy, which is greatly reassuring for the family.

Amit’s dedication to the field of social care finds its roots in deeply personal experiences in his own family. His journey began when his father suffered a heart attack, necessitating the provision of crucial care during his post-episode recovery. While Amit was appreciative of the care his father received, he keenly observed opportunities for enhancement that could have significantly improved his father’s quality of life. He empathetically noticed that at times, the staff delivering the care also required support themselves, considering the substantial time and effort they invested in attending to the needs of others.
Fuelled by these experiences and bolstered by his extensive background in managing staff within business, Amit resolved to embark on a career in social care with a transformative vision. His overarching goal is to spearhead a reimagining of the care delivery system, striving to elevate the standard of care provision and simultaneously nurturing the well-being of the support workers themselves.
