Staff from Roseberry Kate have been coming to support Dad for about 8 weeks. The company was recommended to us and not only have they met but exceeded our hopes and expectations. All staff are friendly, extremely caring and very professional. Dad has warmed to them and enjoys their visits - being very sceptical about support before it began. Carers arrive on time and are always happy and positive. Communication is excellent- something I value immensely. I would thoroughly recommend Roseberry Kare.

I would like to add my thanks to my Sister Rosie's who says she can rest easy now your staff at Rosebury care have taken up the baton for our mum's care. Care personally designed for an 102yr old lady with extra needs now for her time of life. Indeed I did not realise such superb team and care plan was available! The Roseberry Kare team are currently visiting my 76 year old mother following a hip replacement and a blood clot on her lung she needed more daily supervision and care to enable her to stay in her home.

She is flourishing under their care - Omo visits her in the morning for personal care, and to make her breakfast and provide housework assistance. She is so caring, cheerful and full of life - she brightens her spirit everyday. Lara visits in the evening to make her dinner, provide company and housework. She is so kind and has a calming presence.

Knowing that they visit daily enables me to worry less and I know that there are people who really care for her checking on her.

I cannot recommend Roseberry Kare enough and I appreciate everything they do for her so much.

Roseberry Kare has provided an outstanding and professional service to my 102 year old mother living in her home. Very professional dedicated and caring care provider. Their staff are well trained and experienced, they gave my mother the best care we could have wished for during her summer vacation in the UK. The management and staff were prompt to address all our queries and quick to provide reassurances. My mother suffers from dementia and we were a little apprehensive. However, the carers handled all elements of her care with love and professionalism. They made sure she was comfortable and engaged throughout. Thank you Roseberry Kare team. Roseberry Kare Ltd provided outstanding services to my mum while she was on a holiday with me. They are friendly and very meticulous in providing their services. Mum who apparently is living with dementia developed a real connection with the staff of Roseberry Kare as they made her feel very comfortable. Well done to them. After the manager carried out a comprehensive assessment, she found the right person to support our son, who had been suffering from anxieties after our house move (He has a dual diagnosis of Down's Syndrome and Autism). Our son was able to connect well with his support worker and had developed a trusting relationship with him over the 9 months period. Our son is much happier going to his activities. Other parents and staff in his activity groups have commented how attentive this support worker is to our son. He has dealt with some tricky situations to everyone's satisfaction. Whenever we contacted the manager, she responded quickly and we always felt we were listened to and understood well. Since we started using Roseberry Kare, our son's medication was reduced to half a dose and I could start doing more of what I wanted to do regularly. We would certainly like our son to continue receiving care from Roseberry Kare and recommend the manager and her team to other families.

The manager and her team were extremely professional when my mother needed some care. They started with a very comprehensive assessment of her needs. During the 10 week period that she needed care they were friendly, arrived on time and proactive in assisting to make my mother's life easier whilst recovering from a fall. Every 2 weeks I would receive a care report of each day they were there. I was impressed by their professionalism . I would not hesitate to recommended the manager and her team to anyone and should further care be needed in the future we would certainly re engage Roseberry
