Overall Experience
My initial experience has been extremely positive so far.
The handover and paperwork was efficiently handled and the carer has settled in nicely with Mum.
The office staff have worked hard to support me too which has been much appreciated.

My impression is that this is a company who care about their clients and their family, and we hope to build on this in the future.

Overall Experience

I have found the home care team to have done exactly what they said they would do when we first met them. They will always make time to listen to any concerns we have and will pass on to us any operational issues that they may have to deal with. Our communication has been excellent. I have also found that they are flexible and adaptable. I am very pleased that we have them here helping to care for my mother in law.

I have found the carers to be extremely helpful to myself and kind and caring to Mum. They are all reliable, trustworthy and hardworking and nothing seems to be too much trouble! I am so grateful for their help.

Overall Experience
SSG Care Services Ltd is a very professional company employing a very well-qualified staff. They deliver a well-designed package of care for each individual client according to their appropriate needs. The staff are always helpful, kind, caring and very attentive to their client's welfare and well-being on every visit, additionally, the staff are on call if an emergency ever occurs.

I highly recommend this care company.

Overall Experience
Two members of staff have been taking care of my stepfather for many months now and we are all so grateful to have been put in touch with them.
They are truly exceptional in every sense. Both carers are highly professional, skilled and experienced which is evident in the outstanding level of care they provide. They attend to his every need with diligence and expertise, ensuring he is comfortable and well cared for at all times.
What also stands out about them is their positive and outgoing nature. They always bring a happy, uplifting energy into the home, creating a warm and friendly environment that he and Mum look forward to. They excel at their roles and always go the extra mile to make sure he feels valued and respected and this includes making sure that my mum is okay too.

We couldn't ask for better carers. Their expertise, combined with their cheerful personalities has brought immense comfort to our family. We are so grateful for the wonderful care they provide.
